Simple answer.

Each wrestler is different depending on where their natural weight is and the fact that some need to drop more weight to fill the weight classes.

It is all about having a nutrition plan that keeps their weight stable....not bounce up too much after a match, while at the same time eating the right foods that allow recovery after a match and can still maintain or build muscle strength.

It is like a regular diet on steroids....that needs to be balanced perfectly so that come match time they have peak strength, energy and endurance....all while making weight. It is very hard.
