Don't diss Tom Robson just cuz you don't agree with or even know anything him. It kinda makes you sound like a pinhead.

Having actually read the book - it comments quite a bit on the coach's role in getting both in and out of slumps. Being confident is often not an easy thing - that is where a good coach comes in. I don't think Wollf is doing what he can to help the players out of their slumps. One simply has to watch him during games, yanking players off the floor the moment they misstep, or yelling at them whilst both on and off the floor. It is difficult to play with confidence when you are looking over your shoulder.

These young women are not at the same psychological level as Wollf. He is very old school - my way or the high way - an approach that has been proven not to work, especially with women and women's teams.
