I am not trying to imply he is bad or will not get better. I am just saying


he has started slowly in a lot of bouts this year. I think if he could find a way to get going faster and combine that with the way he seems to get better toward the end of bouts, that could be special. Maybe that will come with more time and experience. I do not know, but I hope he can do more of it this year.

I think McFadden's ability as a true freshman to compete with guys who have been in a D1 wrestling program for 3/4/5 years is pretty dang good in my not anywhere close to expert opinion..
