Quite welcome, the restart issue is due to rule changes

It used to be that as soon as both wrestlers were set, the ref would blow the action live. The new rule requires the ref to call "SET" then wait at least 1 second (though theres no stipulation on waiting longer) before blowing it live. In concept its not a big deal except that for two athletes twitching to go, a second is an eternity. Add to that that the rule is being enforced inconsistently. Some refs are following the letter of the law, while some are just continuting to follow last years enforcement. Its confusing, and dance is trying to cheat the whistle to sneak his boot ride in, knowing he has 3 cautions before giving a point.

Lining up to the side is supporsed to be corrected by the ref and is only applied as a caution when the ref believes the wrestler is knowingly trying to gain an unfair advantage. For me a good ref warns joey once before applying a caution, but its ref discretion.
