Surprised that Big 12 seldom mentions UCF or USF...


since Florida's population is projected to increase 300,000 per year through 2040. Cincinnati, Houston, and Memphis won't increase the per team payout. UConn may since part of their state is in the NYC metro TV market. BYU may bring in enough fans and TV viewers to at least keep the payouts the same. The only other options would be larger growing states like California (San Diego State and Fresno State) and Colorado (Colorado State). I like Houston, but the Big 12 already has 4 members in that state. A school like Northern Illinois could have an outside chance since they're close to Chicago and have some recent football success (BCS bowl appearance).
