Wow. That sounds like he's lost control of their direction.

And that they aren't really going in the same direction. He'll be a spectator in his own meeting.

I don't think their Tier 1 is undervalued like he says. They are actually being paid too much because it was designed for a 12 team league and associated numbers of games at 12, and they are sitting at 10 teams.
