I think the minute someone from VT said, "OK" Buzz should have been notified and that was the problem. Whit's been out of town so maybe there was a link missing in the communication chain. The admin needs to fix that issue and let Buzz know it's been resolved for future reference. Outside of that Buzz & the team would be wasting energy if they spend another minute thinking about it.
