So Vasturia slides under Allen after he leaves the ground....


And the ref called that a charge until he was overruled by the other ref and the semi-circle. Just think how BAD that would've been if they hadn't put the semi-circle rule in...for what reason did they put that rule in you ask? Because refs are clueless about what should be a charge and what should be a block.

College bball refs are the most vain people I've ever met...and over the years they fell in love with dramatically calling the charge for their air time...anything to call attention to themselves. Problem is they were redefining what people thought a charge was and it was a major disadvantage to the offensive player...guys were getting undercut basically but if contact was made in the defenders chest and he flopped back, it was called a charge.
