I was at the Purple Raider Open and can add this:

Racer looked great, far more offensive in his approach than he was earlier in the season. His defense and top game are excellent. In the final, he beat a 2x NHSCA All-American. Great scrambles for the first half of the first period. Overall, I'd say he's really picked up his game.

Dunn looked very solid throughout and did a great job in the final against a wrestler who was using every bit of the 285 limit.

Lots of guys wrestled very well. LaPrade was ahead in his semi-final match, but got caught. He would beat that guy 4 out of 5 times. Would have been an interesting final against Racer had he won.
