I am not a fan of Butch Jones, but I will give him credit for making UT relevant again.

I do not believe VT's program is in as bad a shape as some think. I also do not blame Frank (he grew old). I also do not blame Shane Beamer.

The times have changed in recruiting. You need a cadre of Graduate Assistants and Quality Control Assistants watching film, identifying prospects and a Director of Recruiting who is engaged and contacting HS FB coaches
