Every year there are a few dozen 5*'s compared to thousands and thousands of < 5* recruits. This is why all the college coaches, who do this for a living, are doing everything they legally can to get 5* kids to come to their school. SEC schools, Miami, UNC, and some others don't stop there, they put in the extra effort of also doing illegal activities in pursuit of these prospects.
