I think it is $15 million per year of which they give $4 million to IMG Sports. To morph the LHN into an ACC network that would have to be a built in cost. And it would expire in 2031 when the current LHN contract does.

Then ESPN would be free to morph that network into an ACC Network. They could do the same thing with the Big XII, but the ACC has a far better geographic footprint to try something like that.
