Without all three of those things the Big 12 is just treading water. If we want to survive past the GOR we have to have (at least) 12 members, a network, and a CCG. President Boren has drawn a line in the sand between us and Texas: they can have their LHN and continue to run their own little fiefdom, or they can have us, but they can't have both.
