Yes, but out of all the possible rematches


the Red River Shootout gives the Big XII the best chance to maximize TV ratings especially if the rematch is played at Jerry's World. Even if the other 8 schools have great seasons, they still don't come close to generating the kind of (national) buzz for the conference that can be generated by the 2 "elephants" (aka Oklahoma and Texas) of the conference.
