Well then they should have to have 2x5 divisions...

if it's truly just deregulation, then they are just dropping the 12 team requirement, but the 2 equal sized divisions and championship game with the 2 division champs is still in place. If it's anything else, then it is a new rule, not deregulation.

I will have to read up on the actual rule/vote/decision. anyone with a link to that detail?
