Pittsburgh, Louisville, N.C. State, Florida State, Clemson, and Miami

You've also listed Virginia Tech, North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia Tech and Duke as all being attractive to the Big 10 or SEC.

That leaves 3 ACC schools: Syracuse, Boston College, and Wake Forest.

So basically, the only ACC schools you don't think contribute to a profitable conference are Syracuse, Boston College,and Wake Forest.

I'm finding it hard to believe that all of the ACC schools other than the three listed above are going to make tons of money in other conferences, but they can't make money in the ACC, especially when your "heck of an eastern division" for the expanded B12 includes Iowa State, and Iowa State doesn't seem as attractive as Syracuse.

That leaves only two unattractive ACC schools, and it's difficult for me to believe that these schools, Boston College and Wake Forest, are that much of a drag on the ACC to explain the difference in your financial projections for the other expanded conferences, compared to your projections for the current or expanded ACC. Something just doesn't add up.

It seems to me the ACC already has valuable properties and just needs to start extracting the value out of those properties, because surely these same schools don't suddenly become much more valuable just by changing conferences.
