Is having ND as a full member worth the cost, though?

They are already committed to playing the ACC members with the bulk of their schedule. Is it worth having to expand by TWO members, divide revenue, impact schedules, etc. JUST to have them eligible to play in the ACC championship game and help launch the channel?
