Wouldn't the ACC already have the broadcast rights for their home games?

Why would ND void their contract? Only motivation is the continued access to the CFB championship.

What would happen after the first contract? If ND plays a full conference schedule, how does that affect the value of the combined property, relative to their current contract with more national games?
