They've got it right. They win and make money w/ football.


They SHOULD be doing all that they can to win. Every penny spent on football is a good investment. Lacrosse? Not so much.

The P5 schools sold their souls decades ago. IIWII nowadays. Is it a bit ridiculous to cater to these 17 year old kids this way? Probably. But this has been happening for a very very long time. Schools like VT have decided they are going to play this game, so now they have to follow suit. If they are not going to be in this game, VT should drop down to Division III and call it a day. Otherwise, let's compete. Let's win games and make money.
