The other coach and staff was effectively fired.


They were not successful no grey and the staff follows the leader.....The head coach resigned early, and the assistance have a contract to 30 june 2022. Therefore they are hired until then..

When a new coach is hired, he wants his team, he MAY find 1 or 2 from the existing staff to CONSIDER versus his other coaches he has contact with. (This is not a for hire, in linked in...) However, He is thinking about HIS team and his coaching support team to be successful for VT. This is not being nice, tradition and legacy of the previous staff....

And its hard and difficult.

BTW there is one more opening, I say Smith ...
