prominently in the presser. It is my hope (and suspicion) that Stinespring will again be part of our recruiting operation. Anyone that disagrees with the idea that Stinespring is a good recruiter has no idea what he is talking about.

I also think that Pry's reference to Franklin's recruiting prowess mirrored that of Stinespring, and was likely some kind of foreshadowing. The "attention to details...talking to the uncle's, the barber's..." is EXACTLY the way Stinespring operated. I saw this firsthand in VB when I was there, and have heard firsthand from a prominent recruit how influential Stinespring was in his decision to go to VT - even after he was dead set on UNC.

I just hope the Stinespring bashers can keep the hate in check. The negative posts seem to compete in a race to the bottom. Stinespring would be an excellent addition to the staff - and I think it is coming after listening to that press conference. Stinespring definitely has made an impression on Pry.
