What's this?

1) It will take more than 1yr to get a OC or DC system in place, if interim


that ain't enough time.
2) What coach, position or coordinator, that is any good is going to coach, knowing it is temporary for just one year? Answer no one. If they were any good they wouldn't be available for a temporary stint.
3) Recruiting. No one temporary is going to go out and recruit their butt off knowing they probably ain't going to be there the next year.

Only way you make this work is you have to retain the current staff. People say, "well it worked at Baylor with Jim Grobe". Yea, it was late in the year and staff was stuck and that staff was competent. All they did was replace head man because of stuff off the field. After that year they went in the tank until Aranda arrived.
