There are now 79 bowl-eligible teams after Virginia Tech upset Virginia. Hawaii's win means Rutgers (and rest of 5-7 hopefuls) need there to be 81 or fewer bowl-eligible teams. Tulsa, leading in 4th quarter, would make it 80.
