to get an oil change when the shop opened at 8:00 AM. I tried the day before and two other vehicles were already waiting and I had interviews scheduled and had to get into work. I got there at 7:30 AM this morning and was first in line. I was happy to get this done as my daughter and I are traveling to Virginia Thursday morning and I got it checked off. I am driving back to the house and a white van comes around the curve flying 3/4 of the way in my lane. I was lucky to be at a spot to swerve instantly and get completely off the road on the shoulder. I am cussing thinking this asshole was probably texting. About 10 seconds here comes two county police vehicles in highspeed pursuit. If I was distracted in any way I probably would not be here this morning. You never know.
