Not really...Franklin's buyout drops to $2mill in 2024...So while the

contract is 10 years the security is in the buyout price and $2mill is chump change in the BIG10 economic circles. It even drops lower to $1mill in 2026 (that's rounding error territory) so I see it as
a "here's the love" but the divorce settlement is painless if PSU changes its mind.

The type of contract WB should have put FU on.
