It's a circular "leave me alone!" feedback loop.


I got the same kind of runaround trying to return a damaged Amazon package. "This requires you to contact customer service. Click below for customer service." Clicking below takes me back to the beginning of the same process that culminates in "This requires you to contact customer service..."
