Evidently there are more attractive head coach positions open than


attractive candidates.
Personally, I would be okay with Coach Price for a couple of years as head coach. He seems to have motivated the kids last week like I have not seen in a long time.
He has been in coaching long enough to know qualified people to fill the other positions.
He loves VT.
He would not cost an arm and a leg.
Nothing would happen for a couple of years with anyone else.
If he shows good progress, sign him for longer.
He would stick with us and not jump to another school like others would.
I think he would energize the fan base.
Seems to do well in regards to PR.
If you watched him play, you know the attitude he would convey to the players.
I just think we need to step back and take a deep breath right now. I do not believe we can afford to go out and toss big money at a coach and hope he works out.
