Whit (now not in 2015) wants someone who ticks of a number of things. He talked about identifying some coaches, seeing if there is mutual interest then recruiting them. As we all know, when recruiting to VT you need to have the recruit on campus to move the needle. In this case, your coach appears to have never been to a game at Lane. I think we will get a coach who has been to Lane as an assistant or HC.

Mid-Atlantic comfortable. VA comfortable.
And has been to BBurg.
Beyond that not sure. But I really think they need those things as a minimum base to be considered. That is just following what Whit said but who knows 🤔
