They are banned but he can lock them up in the lockers in the jail across


from the courthouse. Right when he walks in the jail there are a set of lockers to the right. I think it's a quarter. I did that many many times back in 2010. Jail building entrance is to the right of the Subway sandwich shop. There's a sheriff's deputy pretty much right when you walk in, your son can ask him to point the way if necessary.
