Dykes is flash in the pan like Fu was. Napier is the real deal.

Huff shows a lot of promise but he still has much to prove before I would get behind him coming to VT. Remember that Marshall gets a lot of talented kids simply because they don't have the grades to go elsewhere or have other major red flags. He is doing ok record wise this season but not amazing. Napier checks all the same boxes with staff connections and recruiting that Huff does but has a proven track record as HC.
