I work for the feds


overseas at an embassy and I took the day off. Just sitting at home but I didn't want to fight traffic to go in today.

I also haven't really been able to take my leave due to my position and coverage and I have some leave to burn. it is also expensive and difficult to get in and out of here. I decided to just take it easy and enjoy my friday and work on my residence since I just got some of my shipment.

Also, fridays here are only 6 hours as we work extra every other day of the week. This way we can shutdown a lot of the systems and save some money...or so they tell me. i'm going to be taking off every friday for the rest of the year starting today.
