Hope he's investing wisely now, because you never know what's around the corner. If he invests well, he'll avoid that bankruptcy trap that so many former pro-athletes fall into. It's so easy to stumble and fall into a string of bad investments. He'll have plenty of people showing up on his doorstep asking for handouts, investments into their ventures, etc.

Would love to see him automatically invest 30% of his gross earnings into stock funds for the duration of this contract, then 30% of his net during his next contract, then 20%... The next thing you know his investments are worth $30M+ and he never has to work another day in his life. He can spend the rest of his days doing charity work, hunting, fishing, or whatever he wants...
