Two of the 4 Arkansas losses were at Duke (1-3) and at UNC (0-1, OT).

The Hokies tied both teams, 2-2 at UNC and 1-1 vs Duke in Blacksburg. The law of transitive property doesn't apply, of course, but it would seem to say that game is winnable, IF it were to occur.

But first, let's take care of Ohio State.
