OT Anyone knowledgeable about tenant rights?


I've had freezer/refrigerator issues at my current apartment. The first time it was the evaporator fan in the freezer that was obnoxiously loud. It took the apartment 3 weeks and two follow ups to fix it. Now the refrigerator is sitting at 58 degrees so I am going to need to throw all of my food out. I live in a nice/expensive apartment too. I feel like I am past the point of it just getting fixed and they should offer me something in the form of compensation at this point. My question is, 1. What is reasonable? 2. What tools do I have at my disposal if they refuse other than just writing a bad review?
