I think that is a Whit issue... He does nothing to outreach to the DC schools to play them.

I remember he said about the Maryland series. 'Boss directed me to arrange a 4 game football series with Maryland".....I'm so happy it appears some ice is being broken with Navy. Navy for some reason has not had any interest in playing VT generally.

But, wish they would play Georgetown at the Verizon Center.....

VT has TOO much investment in alumni, campus infrastructure and research to not be a major player up there.
