I mean, granted that was probably a political set-aside. but I'm fine with that.

Just that it's a zero sum game every dollar they make is a dollar that isn't spent somewhere else so all of these arguments about helping this, or helping that are ridiculous. Heck, I should be happy with it, getting poor people and/or statistically challenged people to subsidize your taxes is a really good deal for me. At least until those same people need help.

Anyway, it's water over the dam, just my token resistance and yeah, Al was expecting to get paid, wondering how that would work.
