Sometimes I think about listing my house...


Houses in my neighborhood are only staying on the market for 24-48 hours, and some people are getting 40 or 50 grand above asking price. That sounds tempting.

But then I remember that if I sold my house, I'd have to buy a new one, and the competition is insane.
