Project is the better term...


And yes I do, but a 1 year project. He has some skills and does some things you cant teach already, but he is decently behind with his defensive awareness away from the ball (which he obviously will be playing a lot of)

Hes most definitely not a kid who is going to come in to VT and pass up Lynn Kidd (who I felt similarly about)
