I believe he just started the scout team deal last year or 19

after criticism about the way some aspect of the team was playing. At least my recollection. Seems he goes where the fire is bouncing from fire to fire.
Agree this is a a leadership issue. If you have to be the fixer or are unwilling to delegate certain things, you probably have the wrong people on the bus
