never intended for what happened to happen. We all have done really stupid things in our life. As a teenager, I came in one time from the woods after deer hunting and removed the cartridge from my rifle but forgot there was still a bullet in the chamber. I was sitting on my aunt's front porch and leaned over and brushed the trigger and the gun went off. The bullet went clean through the house and an ironing board in a closet. Luckily my aunt was not in the path. To this day I check every gun I handle about 10 times to make sure it is unloaded. I do not hunt anymore and do my best to miss a squirrel in the road without endangering other traffic. Baldwin is going to have to live with what he did and it will haunt him to his last days, which will change him. I am sure there will be some heavy civil penalties but I suspect there will not be jail time. He was just immature, entitled, and stupid sad for a man his age.
