replace..tooth already out and just put in the implant.. is there enough bone in place or will they need to do a bone graft before placing implant? I've had them done all 3 ways. The easiest was placing implant in healed gum where tooth was already out..that was nothing..numb it..split gum and insert implant. The hardest and most invasive is if they have to do bone graft..just more to it. Other way is to pull it and place implant in same visit. Anyway after they place implant your looking at 3 months for bone to grow around it implant then they can put crown on it. Dont sweat it..except the cost. Hope this helps
