I do agree he’s a risk and your points are valid. However, the energy, charisma, communication skills and sheer enjoyment his teams have can be contagious. He also developed a 2 star to a pretty good college qb. We don’t develop 4 stars. No idea if he can recruit at this level but I’m not seeing many similarities other than running a small program. Not disagreeing entirely but there are not any “can’t miss” guys. I think he’s at least worth a look.
