I am a Washington Co. resident, and EVERYBODY here would be so up for that.

The county has zero in common with the other side of the mountain. Even next door Frederick County is way different -- and once you get east of there, well....

The rest of the state really did gerrymander the three western counties out of the picture. That's why it went to the Supreme Court -- because something WAS potentially wack. There's a much better chance of receiving actual representation as part of the 304.
