I like what he is building.
I like that he has hired a lot of VT alumni.
I think he is doing a decent job with the resources available.
I like how the Defense is improving with his JHam hire, linebackers coach, etc.
I like the direction special teams is heading.

Instead of ripping the carpet out from under the football program, I think we should give Fuente a chance to set things right.

To get VT football where I think we all want it to be.....

We need gradual improvement over time in all areas from here including recruiting, and drastic improvement in our offense.

There have been a lot of positive changes over the last 2-3 years with the staffing.

We might be a lot closer to the perfect formula than we realize, with just one new ingredient.

If we can bring in a new offensive coordinator to energize our offense, and our recruiting, perhaps this is really all we need.

In this way, many of the other positive improvements stay intact, and we can get this ship turned around!

Imagine taking all of Fuente's experiences, the mistakes, the positives from his career, and combining it with an improved offensive strategy.
The excitement form this along with doubling down on our current staffing would provide the excitement and stability to improve recruiting.

Why dump the entire staff, and start over, when all we might need is some tweaking?
