So because random message board posters dont
have 1 sure fire can’t miss name, they aren’t allowed to say the current staff is not working out? Do you have to be a chef to know if food is good? Do you have to be a contractor to know the workmanship in your house is shoddy? It’s like furniture shopping: I don’t always know what we are looking for when we enter a store but my wife and I can tell you if we don’t see it.
I believe we have enough of the 1st year or 2 of the buyout since it doesn’t have to be paid lump sum. Money in 2 years will be found. You might even find money in renewed interest once you announce a new staff.
As usual your 1/3 estimate is arbitrary and hyperbole based on nothing but drama. I have a hard time finding a window in about 4 people’s schedule at work for a meeting. Finding a candidate that satisfies 100% of fans is impossible which is why I assume you set that as the bar. They can still see that the food stinks though.
