We don't need a specific offensive system. What we need is a program


We need someone who has a very clear vision for the program, hires great player development coaches/recruiters, and implements the best version of their system to fit the players we have each year (not get stuck in a narrow system when the pieces don't fit). And of course follow through with good management of the whole operation to help it stay on track to reach the vision (e.g. leadership).

And then sell that to recruits and donors and fans.

I'm nitpicking, but I don't care what system gets used as long as it is part of an overall plan.
