Really meant to include area around Bluefield, WV as well

There are several factors related to the way the healthcare industry is set up and functions back in our native land that made it a particularly fertile area for this thing to take root and grow. And I'm convinced that figured into the calculations of the drug companies.

I know a lot of folks personally who have been negatively impacted by this issue. I'm sure that reestuart does as well. Very sad situation.
