I watched the first two episodes and I was happy to see

they didn't take the easy way out by making it solely about "Big Evil Pharma". There was a major push back then coming from hospitals and the medical community regarding pain management that graded health systems and physicians on whether their patients had pain or not. They seem to be giving all fair treatment so far.
