Our guys looked noticeably lighter and not as powerful.

I know this is somewhat of a sweeping generalization, but VT seems to always struggle against trans like this, even when we were winning most games. BC is another with strength on both sides of the LOS and always gave us a challenge.

Seems to be a philosophy of what kind of guys we want (speed focus?) and possibly strength conditioning???

Not an expert but seems obvious watching us physically outmatched yesterday… no surprise we’re so anemic on O… receiver’s can’t fight to possess good passes and get separation, and RBs can’t run through arm tackles. Not enough push off the ball on O.

This doesn’t seem possible to turn around quickly unfortunately either… ugh
