I see some flashes of brilliance, but they are not consistently good. Plus

they seem to wear out at the end of games. Coaches are responsible for getting guys into shape so they can play a full 4 quarters/60 minutes of football. Our guys look like they have been conditioned for 2 or 3 quarters.
